Perfect setting, location. This is our second stay at this home- we'll never stay anywhere else in the area when we travel to see our family now! Decor and accommodations charming, comfortable, clean- the supplies provided (coffee, tea, toiletries, paper products) were terrific!

This place was awesome. My Girlfriend and I just needed to get away and this place was perfect. Everything you need is within a couple blocks, the place was immaculate and the bed was super comfy. Wish we could've stayed longer. When coming back to the area we are definitely looking to go back to this place. The host was great too, clear instructions, and quickly responded to any questions asked. you cannot go wrong staying here. A perfect couple's getaway!

We loved this historical Midland home! This charming place is in a perfect location, walkable to town. It is so beautifully decorated and has such a cozy feel. The archways and nooks and crannies are so purposefully planned but you feel as though it’s very spacious. The kitchen has every amenity you could want and we appreciated the coffee pods. The sofa and bed were both comfortable. We loved having a place to park and great hosts! The town of Midland was so great too! We visited Three Bridges and enjoyed the live music. The beer and spirits were delicious! We enjoyed it so much we signed up for a bourbon class with one of the owners and it was so fun. What a great community establishment! We also went to Mi Element Grains and Grounds. Such a cool coffee, brewery, bakery with lots of live music. We spent time at Whichcraft, Brinstar, Tavern on Main and Crepes et Ami. All wonderful places. We didn’t do everything we planned but enjoyed relaxing in the home. We cant wait to come back!

We loved our stay here in Midland at this Historical Luxury 1 Bed Apt. Our daughter rented it for us for my birthday. We babysat over the weekend and it was only 8 minutes from her house. We ate at the wonderful Gratzi Restaurant just down the road. The house is beautifully decorated. The host should be an interior stylist. The other tenants were so quiet you thought you were the only ones staying there at the house. The temperature was -17 degrees when we left but you didn't notice staying at the house because it was warm inside and comfortable. We would give them 5 Stars!

This was a great stay in a beautifully designed, thoughtfully stocked home that truly felt like a home away from home. Easy access to downtown Midland, and visiting during the holidays made it even better with the Santa House across the street. Outside of staying with friends and family, this would be my top choice for where to stay.

Great enjoyable stay! Very practical condo for a family or 2 couples. Has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Located 10-15 min to bungee beach and Fort Myers Beach. Pool was warm enough in January during the day. Had washer and dryer and detergent. Provided paper towels, coffee and coffee machine, cleaning supplies, garbage bags. Cooler + ice packs. Had beach chairs, beach umbrella , beach toys, wagon. All very useful! The location is quiet, very clean and peaceful. Thank for everything!

Eine wundervolle Wohnung, alles wie beschrieben. Sauber, modern, gemütlich und super ausgestattet, mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Wenn wir wieder einmal in der Gegend sind, würden wir wieder gerne hier wohnen. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Target Supermarkt fussläufig erreichbar. Alles war super!

This is a beautiful living space!! It has nice appointments, lots of comfortable seating and talking arrangements, a great shower and kitchen. Listen, walking into Clara's property was like walking into the home I'd spent 3 years on making perfectly, exactly HOME! It was 5° Fahrenheit outside, so we did not avail ourselves of lovely Main St. Midland, but it was there within walking distance, one block away. All in all, a wonderful experience in a home away from home. Thanks, Clara❤️

Clara's place was exactly what I expected, I have lived in the area many years ago so knew of it's amazing location, but the apartment itself was everything and more, it had every possible thing you could think of already provided, amazingly clean and tidy, beautifully presented, the location is fantastic as it's a 2 minute walk into downtown, although its a busy area I didnt hear anything that would disturb me at all. Off Street parking is great, very comfortable place to enjoy your holiday, I will certainly be booking again for my next visit to Midland, without a doubt! It is by far the best AirBnB I have stayed in anywhere in the world. Hopefully see you again very soon, take care and thank you for hosting!

We had an excellent stay here. The host was clear and responsive; the house was clean and organized with a well stocked kitchen. We loved the closed in porch for our morning breakfast. 10/10 will absolutely stay again.
